Simon Houston – Golf Professional

Graduating to a PGA Professional in 2006, Simon has travelled across Australia mastering his craft at major golf clubs from Wembley Golf Course, Maylands Golf Course, Lakelands Country Club, and Coolangatta Tweed Heads Golf Club. His expertise and experience is second to none, having sharpened his skills in coaching, sales and proshop management at esteemed golf facilities. From 2006-2012 he travelled the world playing in all forms of tournaments, with 34 wins to his name, while he was working at Wembley. Simon’s residence in Canberra now holds great potential for the golf club at Gungahlin Lakes, and our members and guests can expect premium customer service and attention to detail, making him a useful resource for budding amateur golfers, or advancing professionals.

Gary Dowling – Golf Professional

With a strong passion for helping golfers improve, Gary brings a wealth of experience, coaching juniors right through to Touring Professionals. His coaching and philosophies center around ‘working with a golfer’s unique skills and attributes in order to optimize the best results on course. Gary’s innovative ideas and dedication will help you better understand and enjoy your game. Gary is also a club fitting specialist who will put the right clubs in your hands to improve your game.
