Floriade Inspired Drink Specials

Indulge in our Petal & Pour Pop-Up Drink Specials (12 September – 11 October), featuring two refreshing spring favourites. Sip on the fruity Secret Garden Sangria, a sparkling blend of Sauvignon Blanc, elderflower, apple and lemon with fresh fruit and mint, or enjoy the classic Petal & Pimms, combining Pimm’s, elderflower, lemonade and ginger ale, finished with citrus, cucumber and seasonal fruit.

Floriade Inspired Lunch Menu

Pair your drink with something delicious from our Garden Graze Pop-Up Lunch Menu, available Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm throughout the Floriade season. This year’s menu celebrates fresh spring ingredients with dishes including the Sticky Fennel Beef Burger, creamy Lemon Asparagus Risotto, chargrilled Prawn & Chorizo Skewers with Fetta Fries, a refreshing Smoked Trout Potato Salad, flavour-packed Sticky Hoi Sin Pork Belly Stir Fry, and a golden-crisp Parmesan Chicken Schnitzel.
