We are seeking two passionate, Full-time Duty Managers, for both Ainslie Football & Social Club and our Gungahlin Lakes Golf and Community Club venues. We are looking for someone with proven staff management experience in a fast paced customer service environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the venue.
WHAT’S THE POSITION?
Duty Managers are representatives of Management and are responsible for the daily operations of the venue through the provisions of high service standards and supervision of staff. The Duty Manager is expected to be highly visible within all service areas of the club, leading the team by example and ensuring close and direct contact with members and guests whilst maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service in all departments.
