We are currently seeking new team members to join our kitchen brigade as a Qualified Chef at both the Gungahlin Lakes Golf and Community Club and the Ainslie Football and Social Club. We are looking for team members who are self-starters and thrive in the exciting and fast-paced kitchen environment to join our experienced and hard-working team on a full-time basis.
This remuneration for this role is as per the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020.
Objectives
Reporting to the Head Chef/Sous Chef, the key objectives of the Qualified Chef position is to drive excellence in all aspects of food preparation and service, while contributing to the overall efficient operation of the kitchen. The successful candidates for the role will be working with a variety of internal stakeholders to ensure food quality and consistency throughout the venue, while meeting food safety and sanitation standards daily.
