Following the recent vandalism at the Gungahlin Jets’ home ground which saw extensive damage of facilities including playing fields and canteen, the community sports club is now faced with the cost of repairs while deprived of the crucial revenue raised from the canteen.
Having recognised the heartbreak of the Jets club and community, Ainslie Group President Wayne Rogers presented a $5,000 donation on Wednesday 21st June to the Gungahlin Jets Junior Football Club on behalf of Gungahlin Lakes Golf & Community Club. The donation will see essential funds immediately available to the Jets while they get back on their feet during this time of need.

Ainslie Group CEO Simon Patterson commends the efforts of the Gungahlin community in support of the Jets. “It is great to see the response of locals supporting the club following the destruction caused by the mindless actions of others.
