A big congratulations the Tricolours second grade and rising stars teams who both took out wins and will now move into the grand final on September 3rd. Well done to the players, coaches and support staff.
Unfortunately first grade went down to Belconnen in an absolute nail biter. During the third quarter we were within 2 points of the Magpies though they got us in the fourth quarter. First grade will now take on Eastlake this coming Sunday at Gungahlin from 2.30pm, which means they still have a shot at making the Grand Final.
Our Women’s team went down in the elimination final on Sunday but the smallest of margins. They went into extra time and even though they dominated the field it couldn’t be converted onto the scoreboard. Congratulations on a terrific season for the Women and everyone involved and well done for making it to the finals.
